Thank you for shopping at Herbalogy. We are committed to delivering your herbal wellness products safely and efficiently across Pakistan.
1. Delivery Timelines
We process and dispatch orders Monday through Saturday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 24 to 48 hours.

Other Cities & Main Towns: 2 to 4 working days.

Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location:

Standard Shipping: Starts from Rs. 200 for the first 0.5kg.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over Rs. 5,000.

Weight Adjustments: For orders exceeding 1kg, an additional charge of Rs. 150 per kg will apply.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery services for most locations across Pakistan.

Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery, as courier agents often do not carry change.

For high-value orders (above Rs. 15,000), we may require a partial advance payment via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a Tracking Number (Consignment Note). You can track your parcel on the websites of our courier partners (TCS, Leopards, or M&P).
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your parcel.

If the first attempt fails (e.g., the door was closed or the customer was unavailable), the courier will attempt redelivery the next working day.

If the second attempt also fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
6. Inspection & Damages
Please do not accept the parcel if the Herbalogy security tape is broken or the packaging is visibly tampered with. If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Refund and Replace Policy.
