At Herbalogy, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Replacements (Damaged or Defective Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a compromised product:

Take a clear photo of the damage.

Email our support team at support@herbalogy.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned due to health and safety regulations:

Opened supplements or tinctures.

Perishable goods (such as fresh herbs or teas).

Gift cards.
5. Shipping Costs

General Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item), Herbalogy will cover the return shipping costs.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please contact us at support@herbalogy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
